We'll make arrangements
for everything needed for your ceremony (officiant to perform ceremony,
chairs, musicians, flowers, arch, permits, wedding cake, transportation
(limo, carriage)etc.)
We will set up your
site, for example: put out rose petals (and clean them up after), arrange
your party favors, light candles, roll out the aisle runner, etc.
Set up decorations,
centerpieces, favors, etc.
At the ceremony we'll
pin on flowers, make sure people are where they need to be and make sure
everything runs on time. We'll have emergency items (pins, tape, sewing
thread, etc.) for whatever might come up
Create and coordinate
time-line for the ceremony (i.e., what time people should arrive, seating,
special arrangements, etc.)
Arrange and book everything
needed for your ceremony (officiant to perform ceremony, chairs, musicians,
flowers, arch, aisle runner, rose petals, bubbles, etc.)
Create and coordinate

Set up/break-down chairs
(where necessary)
At
the Ceremony:

Back up hairs pins,
safety pins, hairspray, just in case.

and address some specific questions, such as: Where does the groom wait
Keeping the bride out
of the grooms view until the ceremony!
Where does everyone
stand?
When do the Moms go?
When should we start
the music?
Has anyone seen Grandma,
etc.
Pin on flowers, pass
out programs, que the bride and bridesmaids, etc.
Fluff the bride's dress.
Set up decorations,
etc. (flowers, programs, any other special items)
At the Reception:
Be onsite to help manage
set-up and ensure that everything is where you want it to be.
Set up your favors,
placecards, guestbook, etc.
Meet vendors (caterer,
entertainment, bakery) onsite to represent you and your plan for your reception.
When needed, we can
coordinate the cake cutting, toast, first dance, bouquet/toss, couple's
exit, etc.
We can handle the actual
cutting/serving cake if needed.
